Sale and purchase rules, complaints
1. General Provisions
1.1 These Rules govern the terms and conditions of purchase and sale between the e-shop gelesinamussiauliai.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").
1.2 The Buyer's acceptance of these Rules is required for the conclusion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
2. Ordering and payment
2.1 The Buyer may only place an order through the Seller's website.
2.2 Payment of the order must be made in accordance with the payment methods indicated on the Seller's website.
3. Delivery (more info in the "delivery rules")
3.1 The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Buyer's address within the specified period.
3.2 The Buyer must inspect the Goods on receipt and notify the Seller of any defects or irregularities.
4. Return to
4.1 Returns are not possible as the goods consist of live, perishable items.
4.2 Observations concerning the quality of the goods or other defects must be made to the Seller on the date of receipt of the goods.
4.3 In cases where the order has not yet been processed, a refund may be made to the bank/card you used to place the order
4.4 Refunds will be made less bank transaction fees.
5. Personal data (more info in "privacy policy")
5.1 During the purchase process, the Seller collects the Buyer's personal data for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order.
5.2 The Customer's data will not be passed on to third parties without the Customer's consent, except where required by law or by law enforcement authorities.
6. Final provisions
6.1 These Rules are effective from the time of their publication and may be amended at the Seller's discretion.
6.2 All matters between the Seller and the Buyer shall be settled by negotiation.
7. Complaints
You can submit a request/complaint about a product or service purchased in our online shop to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email. tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. 8 5 262 67 51, on the website www.vvtat.lt (including the territorial units of the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority in the districts) - or fill in the application form on the EGS platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ via Consumer Rights Information System (CRIS).
