Every order is important to us because we know how special it is to you, so we make a sincere effort to treat every customer to beautiful flowers and friendly service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that flower arrangements are handmade, we make every effort to ensure the quality, accuracy and beauty of our work. 

Important! Due to the seasonality of flowers and the volume of orders, it is not always possible to deliver identical flowers. The florist reserves the right to exchange the flowers for similar flowers while maintaining the colour range and the value of the order.

Delivery policy

Same day delivery: 
if you order before 15:00, we can usually deliver the flowers the same day from Monday to Friday. On Saturday, please order before 12:00.

Cities to which we deliver: 
Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, and their districts.

Specific time: 
We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, but you can specify a time frame at the time of ordering or leave a comment with your preferred hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery time:
Normal delivery times are weekdays from 9am to 8pm, Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.We do not normally deliver on Sundays, but we can sometimes make arrangements.

If there's nothing at home: 
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the sender may leave the gift in a safe place so that the recipient can collect it when he/she returns, for example, at a neighbour's house, or we may leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange the delivery.

Incorrect addresses: 
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to this address, a €10 address correction fee applies. Gelesinamussiauliai.lt is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Cancellation of an order:
Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. To cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible info@gelesinamusiauliai.lt .

Please leave your order at the door: 
The customer assumes full responsibility for requests to leave the order at the door or similar arrangements. 

Recipient's refusal to accept the order: 
if the recipient refuses to accept the order, Gelesinamussiauliai.lt accepts no responsibility and will not refund the money.

Force Majeure: 
In the event of difficult delivery circumstances such as flooding, heavily snowed roads, windstorms and other adverse conditions, we reserve the right to deliver your order the next day or your money back.

Returning goods: 
Our products consist of live flowers, so all items are non-returnable.
